NHE Job Ad Scams

It has come to our attention that there may be fraudulent employment opportunities posted on Craigslist or FitnessJobs.com. NHE does not post career opportunities on these two web sites. Also note, NHE does not provide 'application forms', as has been reported to us. All job candidates are contacted via his/her resume contact information. Resumes are acquired two ways; via the NHE online resume form or via a major online job search site (e.g. Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com). If you have posted a resume on a major job search site, and it matches certain NHE job qualifications, it has been channeled, to us, through our employer account, associated with that specific job search web site.

It is standard procedure for an NHE hiring manager to contact you, via email or phone, after your resume has been received and reviewed. However, an NHE hiring manager will never contact you by telephone to discuss any type of MLM (multi level marketing) or investment opportunity.

In addition, no one employed with NHE will call you by telephone to collect fees, ask for payment or attempt to verify your personal/financial information, including your DOB or SS#. Anyone attempting to do so, is not employed with NHE and is perpetrating a fraud.

NHE does not solicit jobs or products through fax or courier service, and all email correspondence will originate from one of three NHE mail servers;

@nhecertification.com
@nationalhealthed.com
@fitness.occoxmail.com

If you receive an email, which claims to be sent from NHE, and it does not originate from any of the three domains, listed above, it is not an official NHE correspondence.

NHE does not require any type of fees for employment consideration.

Study guides may be purchased by anyone, including employment candidates. However, any such purchase is done so at the purchaser's own discretion. Study guides are optional. They are not a requirement for employment and there are absolutely no exam fees. Those required to possess a valid NHE Certificate, for employment purposes, may register to obtain one at no cost.

How to know if your correspondence with NHE is legitimate:

Email: It is customary to receive a reply email from us, after you have submitted your online resume or career profile. An NHE email will originate from one of thre e domains:
(1) @nhecertification.com, (2) @fitness.occoxmail.com, (3) @nationalhealthed.com.
You will never receive an email from us hosted by a free domain service (i.e. Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail etc.). To verify the sender, right click the email and select 'Properties'.

Phone: NHE employees do not telephone job candidates to conduct surveys, attempt to verify personal information (e.g. SS#, physical address (past or present), mothers maiden name, etc.). Any/All phone interviews are conducted by a, verifiable, NHE hiring manager. All NHE hiring managers have a three digit, dedicated extension, associated with our main phone number 800-519-0392 or (local) 949-891-0322.

NHE employees do not solicit, nor are they associated with any type of MLM program, nutritional or otherwise.

Thank you for your attention in this matter. We look forward to evaluating your resume!
