About the Sales Manager/Representative Position
A NHE Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to convert sales leads, established by an  NHE Sales Manager,  into NHE Affiliates. A sales rep's job involves contacting fitness/wellness centers, within a designated territory, and introducing various affiliate programs. This practice includes presenting promotional materials, sales figures and certification program specifications/benefits. Sales representatives are responsible for negotiating all of the important particulars, associated with the proper implementation of the agreeable affiliate program (I.e. exam administration and exercise course scheduling, dedicated space, marketing material allocation, etc.).

An NHE Sales Manager works to convert health and fitness centers into sales leads for NHE Sales Representatives. Each health and fitness center, approved for solicitation, helps make up the NHE National Affiliate Lead List. The NHE National Affiliate Lead List is a nationwide, pre-screened, list consisting of  approximately 17,000 fitness and wellness centers, nationwide.

Hours
Sales Representative: Full Time or Part Time.
Sale Manager: Full Time Only.

Job Qualifications for Sales Rep
Basic knowledge of nutrition and health products.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to acquire new leads.
Must be willing to cold call when necessary.
Minimum three years sales experience.
Strong leadership, creativity and analytical skills.
Persuasive and motivational communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency.
Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team.

Job Qualifications for Sales Manager
Proficient knowledge of nutrition and health products.
Performance leadership and/or Quality Assurance standards.
Prior experience or involvement in sales training, leadership development.
Minimum five years sales experience.
Strong leadership, creativity and analytical skills.
Persuasive and motivational communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency.
Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as team leader.

Expertise Level
Sales Representative: 3 years outside sales experience.
Sale Manager: 10 years sales experience and 3 years managerial experience.

1) NHE embroidered 'polo-style' shirt (3 F/T, 1 P/T).
2) NHE embroidered long sleeve shirt (3 F/T, 1 P/T).
3) NHE embroidered  'running-style' jacket (1 only).
4) NHE embroidered 'running-style' pants (lose or fitted), (1 only).
5) NHE embroidered 'athletic' shorts (lose or fitted), (3 F/T, 1 P/T).
6) NHE embroidered 'board' shorts (3 F/T, 1 P/T).

Each of the above is provided free of charge.

CP
Full Time Manager: $50,000/yr - (variable), plus b&c. Full Time Rep: $40,000/yr - (variable), plus B&C.
Part Time (Rep only): $20,000/yr - (variable), plus bonus.

CP (Compensation Package), for each position, is based on sales quotas. Compensation package includes commissions, sales percentages, salary, shares, bonuses and benefits (if applicable).
