A large component of the NHE Philosophy is the strong commitment to the distribution of newsworthy health and fitness information to our partners, associates and online visitors. Amongst the media platforms which make up the NHE information distribution network, social media is the most influential. With our focus on content development for our Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages, we are able to deliver quality fitness related material and newsworthy health content to our followers and visitors. Part of that commitment involves the prioritization of material diversity derived from varying professional expertise, intergenerational applications and regional/global influences. A substantial increase in daily postings is also a priority. Due to the previous non-existence of a dedicated NHE SMD staff, social media postings are limited to 1-2 per day. Our goal is 4-6 postings each hour of business operation.

We are interested in intelligent individuals with academic or professional expertise in the following fields: Exercise Science/Physiology, Nutrition, Fitness Program Development, Medical Research/Study, Fitness/Health Journalism, Physical Therapy, or  Athletic Training.
