Personal Fitness Management- Understanding The Service.
This position does not require travel. The purpose of the NHE Personal Fitness Management Specialist expansion program is to directly address the abundance of online business opportunities for American fitness services in the United States and abroad. In the United States, professional fitness programs have been a lucrative commodity for over three decades. Since the conception of professional personal training, the United States has led the world in personal training services with three times more certified professional trainers than the rest of the world combined. As with many sports and athletic professions, the United States is the global leader in health/fitness research and science; equipment ingenuity and manufacturing; and industry innovation and development. The services associated to professional personal training are no different. In fact, analytical research has shown personal training services present the largest gap in supply and demand than any other sought after fitness service in a study of fifteen countries. The growth potential in Japan, Brazil, France, Germany, Canada, Italy and China is abundant and sales in these countries, and others, will enable us to expand our fitness brand worldwide over the next twenty years. Part of our long term goal is to expand our sales force with a diverse group of American fitness professionals possessing cultural, linguistic and regional expertise, ensuring a more cohesive implementation structure into associated foreign markets. Presently, NHE focuses on providing online wellness and fitness services via our affiliate programs. NHE Affiliate programs are sold to corporations, wellness centers, fitness facilities, health clinics and to entities which provide nutritional consultation services.

About the Personal Fitness Management Specialist (PFMS) International Business Development Position:
A Personal Fitness Management Specialist possesses a knowledge base equivalent to a person with five years’ professional personal training experience and a professional personal trainer credential (certificate). The primary difference between a traditional personal trainer and a Personal Fitness Management Specialist is the method in which instruction is provided. While certified fitness trainers typically administer professional fitness services within a fitness equipment environment, a Personal Fitness Management Specialist provides online fitness services via a state-of-the-art application.
This position does not require travel. An NHE Personal Fitness Management Specialist provides fitness, wellness and dietary solutions to NHE affiliate members. NHE affiliate members are individuals involved directly/indirectly with an NHE Personal Trainer Certification Program, an NHE Personal Fitness Management Program, an NHE Fitness Nutrition Development Program or other NHE service program both in the U.S. and abroad. An NHE Affiliate Membership is sold to a fitness/wellness center as an alternative online fitness service option for its membership base. All NHE fitness services are sold by an NHE Affiliate Account Manager. This position is a WFH position. Fitness and/or dietary solutions are provided online. Personal Fitness Management Specialists develop fitness, dietary and wellness solutions by analyzing profile data submitted by participating affiliate members via an NHE Fitness Management Profile Form (FMPF). Once the Personal Fitness Management Specialist has analyzed the FMPF, he/she composes a detailed solution via an online NHE Fitness Management Specialist Response Form. A Fitness Management Specialist Response Form is designed to articulate specific, itemized solutions for client (affiliate member) review, consideration and implementation. There are three types of Fitness Management Specialist Response Forms. FMSRFs are assigned in accordance to the specific professional/academic expertise of the PFMS and market demand. Market demand does not affect workload, only FMPF type.

NHE- FMSRF-T: A fitness management specialist response form template. This type contains pre-set parameters that are generic in format, not individualized.
How the PFMS Service Works:
Unlike a fitness program administered by a fitness trainer, the PFMS is not in the presence of the client during exercise. To ensure the client understands exercise fundamentals (e.g. technique, equipment identification, applied kinesiology), all programs are administered via several different apps and mobile devices. The client is provided with everything he/she needs to comprehend all facets of the exercise program, ensuring program success. To view a sample of the most popular app we utilize: PFMS APP
Part-Time: Eighty (80) Fitness Management Request Forms per month (approx. 20 hrs/wk.)
Full-Time: One-hundred sixty (160) Fitness Management Request Forms per month (approx. 40 hrs/wk.)
(Weekly schedules are determined in accordance to the availability of the job holder. There are no specific, predetermined work hours. Work schedules are instituted on an individual basis.)
Must produce professional work (e.g. Proficiency in Grammar, Spelling, Type 50+ WPM, etc.)
Professional Expertise Requirement:
Must possess a minimum of five years fitness instructor or nutrition counselor expertise. Fitness credential is required. College degree is not required.
Must have Internet device/connection.
Because of the nature in which service providers maintain unrestricted freedom and unguided direction in relation to all wellness programs, there exists an individualized, professional interpretation of each program provided. As a result, this position must be legally defined as 'independent contract' work. The fact that each provider is not required to adhere to any protocols in relation to fitness program design or layout, and that each provider consults independent from any organizational interference, each provider is independent by definition.

Benefits (Medical/Dental), Retirement (401K):
There are no medical benefits or retirement packages associated to this job. In response to NHE employee/IC feedback, all compensation packages have been increased by 15% to help cover rising healthcare costs.
Those who possess a WFH position (both full and part-time) are permitted fourteen (14) ‘absent’ days a year. These are days which may be submitted for any purpose and for any reason (e.g. sickness, fatigue, vacation, personal affairs, etc.) It should be noted that these are non-paid days. There are no ‘paid vacation’ days for NHE WFH employees/ICs. The primary purpose for having these days recorded as fact is to eliminate any improper linkage between poor/insufficient work production and a day, or days, spent not actually associated to a particular NHE work commitment. This is an important consideration for all annual work performance evaluations.
Part Time: $27,000 - $36,700 per year/Biennial Agreement
Full Time: $67,000 - $77,000 per year/Biennial Agreement
Those perceiving the above referenced compensation rate to be ‘high’ may be under-qualified for this position. Please view the Bureau of Labor Statistics for additional information relating to compensation rates that parallel your professional expertise and academic background. Compensation is not dependent on workload. Compensation is handled one of two ways. Each new hire has the option of direct deposit or paper check, mailed via U.S.P.S. Pay periods are bi-weekly and pay days are the same for all NHE job titles, the fifth and twentieth of each month. Paper checks are mailed from Orange County, California which could delay delivery of up to three (3) business days, dependent on the geographical location of the IC.This is not an 'entry level' job position.
