The Service- NHE Affiliate programs are paid wellness/fitness memberships in which affiliate members are granted limited access to various NHE fitness and wellness services. 

Services include:
1. Personal trainer certifications.
2. Wellness management (Online Personal Fitness Management).
3. Wellness consultation (via phone, IM, VoIP or video conference)
4. Fitness advisory.

An NHE Affiliate Account Manager is responsible for affiliate member acquisition and retention. All job responsibilities are listed below:
1. Contact fitness/wellness centers (All contact is initial.)
2. Sell NHE Affiliate Memberships (WCA, FCA).
3. Maintain/Service affiliate memberships.

Job Description:
This is a sales job. If you do not possess an extensive sales background, you may be under-qualified for this position. NHE Affiliate Account Managers are required to initiate contact with all applicable business entities (fitness facilities, wellness facilities, physical rehab facilities, corporate wellness programs). Initial contact may involve cold calling, walk-in visits, emailing or Internet networking.

Job Training:
This position has no mandatory job training program. New hirers will be expected to possess a strong sales perception, enabling them to generate sales upon initiating his/her personal sales techniques/protocols. An acute understanding of outside sales will be required, based on a familiarity of similar sales experience. Those with little to no sales experience may be unsuccessful at this particular position. However, we recognize the possibility of some talented, inexperienced individuals who may be exceptions.

Start Date:
Within thirty (30) days of HR approval.

Hours:
Full-time only. This position does not fall under a standard work commitment category. It can be performed a few hours a week or many hours a week. Each independent account manager will be required to meet a minimum performance level established for his/her particular region. The time required to satisfy the minimum performance level will vary amongst individuals.

Professional Experience:
Must possess a minimum of five (5) years' outside sales experience. The ability to satisfy reasonable monthly sales quotas will be essential to compensation rates.

Academic Requirements:
Four-year college/university degree preferred, not required.

Job Type:
AAM:Employee.
IAAM: Independent Contractor (IC 1099). All contracts are annual. A contract may be nullified by either party for due cause.

Benefits:
There are no medical benefits or retirement packages associated to this position.

Vacation:
Those who possess a WFH/Satellite based position (both full and part-time) are permitted fourteen (14) ‘absent’ days a year. These are days which may be submitted for any purpose and for any reason (e.g. sickness, fatigue, vacation, personal affairs, etc.) It should be noted that these are non-paid days. There are no ‘paid vacation’ days for NHE WFH/Satellite based employees/ICs. The primary purpose for having these days recorded as fact is to eliminate any improper linkage between poor/insufficient work production and a day, or days, spent not actually associated to a particular NHE work commitment. This is an important consideration for all annual work performance evaluations.

Monthly Sales Quota:
Four (4) wellness services packages of any type.

Compensation:
Commission Only. Minimum wellness service package value: $20,000 USD 
First year starting comp rate (*Probationary period): 10%
Second year comp rate: 11%
Third year comp rate: 12%
Years thereafter are based on average monthly performances of previous two years.

*Probationary period: Sub-quota performance may result in contract termination.

Compensation dependent on sales volume. Compensation is handled one of two ways. Each new hire has the option of direct deposit or paper check, mailed via U.S.P.S. Pay periods are bi-weekly and pay days are the same for all NHE job titles, the fifth and twentieth of each month. Paper checks are mailed from Orange County, California which could delay delivery of up to three (3) business days, dependent on the geographical location of the employee/IC.
